என்ன நடந்ததென்று பார்க்கறீங்களா?
”இருக்கிறம்”ஒன்றுகூடலில் இருக்கிறதைச்சொன்னேன்.இந்த அனுபவம் நன்றாகவே இருந்தது.
நானும் ஒரு பதிவர் என்ற நம்பிக்கை என்னை இதன் பின்னர் பெரிதும் உற்சாகப்படுத்துகிறது.
இங்கு என் கண்ணில்பட்ட என்னைக்கவர்ந்த ஒன்று, ஒருவர் ஒலிவாங்கியில் உரையாடி முடித்தபின் தனது கையடக்கத்தொலைபேசியை switch on செய்தார். இன்று எம்மத்தியில் பலர் பெரிய நிகழ்ச்சிகளில் கூட switch off செய்யாமல் ஒலிவாங்கியில் உரையாடுவதுண்டு. இதனால் உரையாடலின் மத்தியில் அழைப்பு வந்தால் silence இல் இருந்தாலும் ”கர்...............” எனும் சத்தம் வரும் இதனால் அங்கு எல்லோருடைய எண்ணமும் திசை திருப்பப்படுகிறது.அங்கு இவ்வாறு செய்தவர் ஒரு பிரபல பத்திரிகை ஆசிரியர்.இவரது செயற்பாடு ஒரு முன்னுதாரணமாக இருப்பது மகிழ்ச்சிக்குரிய விடயமே!! இது எழுத்தாளனுக்கு அழகு!!

அதுமட்டுமா,பல்வேறுபட்ட பதிவர்களின் அறிமுகம் கிடைத்தது. இதற்கு ”இருக்கிறம்” அச்சுவலை குழுவினருக்கு கணியத்தின் நன்றியையும் கூறிக்கொள்கின்றேன்.

Preliminaries Cost என்றால் என்ன?

நிர்மாண வேலை தொடங்கவேண்டுமாயின் முதலில் அதற்கு தயார் படுத்தவேண்டும். தயார் படுத்துவதற்கான செலவே Preliminaries cost ஆகும்.நிர்மாண வேலை பூரணமடைந்தபின் இந்தச்செலவு வெளிப்படையாக எமக்குத்தெரியாது. உதாரணமாக நாம் நிர்மாணவேலை ஆரம்பிக்கும் இடத்தில் பழைய கட்டடங்கள் மரங்கள் போன்றவை இருந்திருப்பின் அவற்றை அகற்றியதற்கான செலவு மறைக்கப்பட்டுவிடும். வெளிப்படையாகத்தெரியாது. அதாவது புதிய கட்டடத்தையே நாம் பார்க்க முடியும்.
நாம் சீமெந்து பூச்சு போன்றவற்றிற்கு செலவு செய்தது வெளிப்படையாகத்தெரியும்.
preliminaries cost என்பது நிர்மாணவேலையின்போது தவிர்க்கமுடியாத செலவு. அதனை சரியாக அடையாளப்படுத்தவேண்டும்.

இது இரண்டு வகையாகப்பிரிக்கப்படுகிறது.
1. நிலையான செலவு (fixed cost)
2. நேரத்துடன் தொடர்புடைய செலவு (time related cost).

காதலின் சின்னம்

காதலின் சின்னம் என்றவுடன் என்னோட காதல் கதையோ இல்லை உங்களோட கதையோ என்று நினைக்காதீங்க. இற்றைக்கு 356 ஆண்டுகளில் வாழ்ந்த முகலாயப்பேரரசர் ஷாஜகான் மன்னனது காதல் சின்னத்தைப்பற்றித்தான். அது உலக அதிசயங்களில் ஒன்று.
முகலாயப்பேரரசர் ஷாஜகான் தனது மனைவியின் மீது கொண்ட அளவுகடந்த அன்பினால் அவள் இறந்தபின்அவளது நினைவாக உருவானதே தாஜ்மஹால்.
நூற்றுக்கு மேற்பட்ட வடிவமைப்புக்களிலிருந்து தெரிவு செய்யப்பட்ட இவ்வடிவமைப்பு 1631 ஆம் ஆண்டு கட்டட வேலை (Persian architect) Ustad Isa மற்றும் Isa Muhammad Effendi என்ற கட்டட வடிவமைப்பாளர்களின் தலைமையில் ஆரம்பிக்கப்பட்டு இருபதினாயிரத்திற்கும் அதிகமான தொழிலாளிகளினதும் ஆயிரத்திற்கும் அதிகமான யானைகளினதும் 22 வருட கடின உழைப்பினால் இன்றைய பெறுமதி 32 மில்லியன் இந்திய ரூபா அல்லது 400 மில்லியன் அமெரிக்க டொலர் செலவு செய்து கட்டப்பட்டது.
இதற்கான கட்டடப் பொருட்கள் பல இடங்களிலிருந்து பெறப்பட்டது.

இது ஐந்து பகுதிகளை உள்ளடக்கியுள்ளது. அவை முறையே
the Darwaza or main gateway, the Bageecha or garden, the Masjid or mosque, the Naqqar Khana or rest house, and the Rauza or the Taj Mahal mausoleum

இது உள்ளடக்கியுள்ள நிலப்பரப்பு 580m X 300m (1902 ft X 984 ft) ஆகும். 186ft X 186ft பரப்பு அடித்தளத்தின் மீது கட்டடம் அமைந்துள்ளது.நான்கு மூலையிலும் 162.5 அடி உயரத்தைக்கொண்ட minarets அமைந்துள்ளது. அதன் நடுவே 60 அடி விட்டத்தையும் 80 அடி உயரத்தையும் கொண்ட dome அமைந்துள்ளது. 3 ஏக்கர் ஆற்று நிலப்பரப்பு 50 மீற்றர் கடல்மட்டத்திலிருந்து உயரத்திற்கு உயர்த்தி அத்திவாரமிடப்பட்டிருக்கிறது.

இவ்வாறு பல தொழில்நுட்பங்களை உள்ளடக்கியுள்ளது.
